Pros

As a Cosmetician, you get to go to quarterly meetings and receive tons of free products and samples. PM monies are also a great bonus.

Cons

How you are treated largely depends on your General Manager, and if you happen to get a bad one, look out. Unfortunately, most of our better managers were transfered out after 6-9 months.

Pros

Excellent computer system. Tons of OTC patient counseling. Progression into MTM. No phones under new system. Experienced techs. Lots of staff to communicate with.

Cons

With new system without inbound calls it is hard to connect with patients. Stress is higher than other companies due to volume but boredom is not a worry.

Pros

Opportunity for raises in salary were fairly frequent. Many people worked at the same job for 10+ years,

Cons

Some good customers, many bad customers who get mad when they forget to give you the coupons and then they have to return items. Very difficult scheduling conflicts because of understaffing.
