Pros

The opportunity for advancement is imense. I started as a photo tech and within 2 years was promoted to an executive assistant. They offer full benefits including, medical, dental, an vision, as well as profit sharing. Of course in theese times stock is not as strong as when I first began investing, but the company has such a strong track record, I am not too worried.

Cons

It is difficult to balance your career with family, of course I don't think that it would be any different in any other career. The company is definetly in need of change though, and I feel that we have realized this. We were to stuck to the old ways, and given it has worked for a numerous amount of years, but you in order to grow you must become more flexible.
