Pros

They have Good Benefits, Great Profit Sharing, Opportunity for Promotions, Pay based on position not based on personal preference favortism,

Cons

They allow their District Managers too much power to govern one district completely different than the one next door. If you happened to get stuck in a different district it is almost like you have to learn how to work in a completely different company.

Pros

Profit sharing is the best I've ever seen. They work with you when you need time off and need to go on leave.

Cons

They really need to focus on the safety of their employees when it comes to loss prevention. Making them feel like they are the thieves doesn't help company loyalty.

Pros

Good benefits including employee stock discount, profit sharing and store discounts. Room for advancement and support from management at different levels.

Cons

Exposure limited to Walgreens business issues and no exposure to other industries besides retail and a little bit of healthcare.
