Pros

Opportunity to excel for self driven individuals

Cons

Complex matrix environment which makes accountability challenging and simple tasks overly difficult due to the amount of politics and "red tape" involved.

Pros

Great pay, 3 weeks vacation after 5 years, good benefits (but not as good as they once were), often plenty of overtime opportunities, some really great customers, my dm is awesome

Cons

Very stressful job, too few tech hours, pushing mtm/immunizations/adherence calls with no additional staffing, demanding customers and rarely some really evil customers, work weekends/nights/holidays
