Pros

Good pay, usually slow paced with plenty to do, staff is easy to work with

Cons

Small team Short staffed Constantly changing hours No flexibility if anyone calls out Typical retail customer issues are slower to resolve because of how little authority staff are given. Discounts, refunds, and complaints are all thrown to the 1 manager, leaving late because of walgreens 2-man store lock-up policies.

Cons

Typically understaffed, so you're doing multiple jobs at once and dealing with frustrated customers.
