Regular nice customers Some friendly co-workers Easy

Cons

Horrible pay Terrible hours Worst scheduling No care for customers Scammer Card Bad Management No communication You will work hard but don't expect to be acknowledged for it. The pharmacy is not bad but they are always having the hours cut back there. Nothing is important if you're not in a clique and that's important information you need to know. Teamwork is very rare or hardly ever heard of.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. If you land a good store, you'll find a lot of people with good attitudes and it makes it easier to work through the cons of the job.

Cons

Increasingly more production per employee. Hours and jobs are getting cut everywhere they can, which will noticeably irritate customers. It used to be so much better, but the new Board of Directors have driven everything in the ground for the sake of Wall Street's circlejerk.

The Store Management, team workers are like a family. They are flexible and work with your schedule.

Cons

Pay, stress levels, understaffed ALWAYS, demands of the company to "push things" on the patient that we don't have enough manpower to even offer good customer service to. It's beyond frustrating, not only for the workers but also the patients, who then in-turn get nasty with the already overwhelmed, under-staff workers. It's is an explosive environment asking for trouble.
