Pros
The job is easy and most of the time management is understanding. It's easy to move up if you work hard ( probably because of high turnover over) PTO is easy to gain when you qualify.
Cons
Lack of hours. I've worked at 3 different stores and all stores have their budget cut. We work two people on a shift all the time. They expect people to clock out for lunch and have one person run the store for 30 minutes. My store is in a bad area but our asset protection refuses to supply security guards because we dont have the money. Employees dont feel safe half of the time, tried talking to corporate and they give you the run around. Be prepared to work every holiday. This company has gone down hill, all they care about are numbers and not the employees making those numbers for them.
