Pros

Good Pay, Flexible hours allowing days off during the weekday.

Cons

Minimum Tech hours, crashing/slow computers, patient care and safety take a backseat to metrics.

Pros

pay is fair if not generous, benefits are pretty good I think. they do a credit up to a certain amount of $ on healthcare based on your BMI/smoking/cholesterol/etc. some teams get to work from home a few days a week depending on the manager

Cons

since WSP became ARC there have been some growing pains, changes in management, lack of direction and little communication to employees. it has been especially bad for operations employees. I would not want to be back in operations. also since the company is smaller now and not the bigger overall Walgreens there is less career opportunities

Pros

Benefits are similar to other companies of this size.

Cons

It is run like a sweatshop and benefits are slowly taken away a little at a time. Leadership is less than desirable.
