Pros

Good work environment and team, healthy attitude, and pretty good benefits

Cons

Lots of different tasks, generally understaffed, constant stealing from customers which makes our jobs harder, lots of improvements needed in store that don't seem to happen. Basically up-keeping the store but never really improving it because it's not financially worse it for corporate.

Pros

They taught me how to come out of my shell of fear of rejection by mandating that I welcome each and every customer that comes in the door.

Cons

The company seems to lack ethical integrity. It has not always been this bad.
