Pros

Flexible Schedule- that is even questionable

Cons

Unrealistic Goals Not enough store hours Under appreciated When you leave you basically have no experience at anything - so don’t try to get anything else but another retail job Benefits only benefit short term hourly employees Never see your family on the holidays Money spent on crappy initiatives that never stick Corporate says lots of words that never happen

-THEIR NEW FRONTIER MOVEMENT THAT THEY ARE PUSHING -Unsafe working conditions, no security especially in pharmacy -Lack of products and service in stores = anger upset customers -YES it true that this company does NOT train you -Lack of leadership, managers that can't manage and shouldn't be in health care! -Horrible working conditions -Verbal, mental and emotional DAILY abuse
