Pros

Awesome relationships to coworkers, managers, and regular customers; offers lots of hours and opportunities for more at other store locations

Cons

Underpaid for the amount of work we have to do, especially with how often people call out; lazy coworkers who get complaints from customers when they treat them like trash still don't get fired because we need people so badly due to high turnover; our jobs are constantly being threatened by corporate over menial things like not participating in the weekly Pulse meetings enough (which only a handful of us on the whole store team are forced to do) or not pushing vaccinations to customers enough at the register.

Pros

The floor managers were all friendly and helpful when needed.

Cons

Overworked, little compensation, hard to move up, unsafe environment, little real life training, training only online which isn't helpful when actually working.
