Pros

Free to do what you want, they don't have any idea what they are doing so you can play all you want.. I never have , but if you are lazy this is the place to work.. It's shocking how ignorant these people really are !

Cons

If you work, you will be overwhelmed with it, most of the staff is lazy so you work your rear end off and the lazy ones take credit for that hard work.. What's shocking is they will find ways to trash the workers and act as though those who carry the store are not worth anything.. It's amazing how horrible management is at walgreen's ..

Pros

Store manager has control of own schedule so work life balance is reasonable. Most customers and patients really do appreciate your work. Community outreach is fun and adds purpose to the job.

Cons

Net promoter score runs your life, but its an arbitrary result. Bonuses on 90 days adjusted prescription volume but company pissed away contracts so volume tanked in the New year. Company has no real plan to combat CVS' integrated business nor the threat from Amazon. Barbour European leaders could come up with is to reduce retail space by leading it to Fed ex/Sprint/lab Corp etc. In the mean time managers must run their stores like you'd expect a Dollar General, no help and lots of theft.
