Pros

Still an iconic brand to work for that makes a difference in people’s lives and the people I work with are amazing albeit dwindling

Cons

We are understaffed at the support center and in the field all giving everything to hope this last gasp will lead to the long promised turn around Operate first is a great theme but seems to be defined by whatever number is most shiny that particular month Middle management is so squeezed there is no time to understand all the lines of business they are supporting…as such we all end up supporting middle management making slides to executives feel like they have a handle on things instead of focusing on actually turning the business around or career and development. Either merit increases or bonuses have been sporadic 4 days a week in office doesn’t offer much flexibility
