Pros

For me personally the pro is the store I have. I've been here since it opened and feel I helped build it up. Occasionally we have bigger discount days that are nice.

Cons

Everything is pretty much going downhill. The pay is barely competitive, the conditions are getting worse by the day as they cut hours still, and no one wants to be here anymore so morale is in the toilet.
