      Senior Management makes same poor decisions repeatedly

      walking over 10,000 steps every night/losing weight

      Cons

      Upper Management consistently do not recognize shortage of totes and cages and materials. Picking departments consistently way behind affecting everyone in building. As a result of these two items, deadlines are constantly missed and 8-hour shifts routinely become 12 hour shifts.

      Depending on your store, good support, good team effort, and organization overall competent staff

      Corporate severely out of touch Lopez expecting way too much when everything in the store is locked up. We need more payroll and if you want people to stay to decrease turnover, perhaps we should pay more as incentive to keep them furthermore ever since we got rid of drug testing the quality of candidates has dropped significantly, and I understand that weed is legal in a lot of places, but we are after a pharmacy and healthcare should be our first priority so I believe that we should be drug testing Regardless of job title

      It’s nice to fill prescriptions and keep everything organized

      Cons

      Short staffed, always yelled at by patients, low pay. Difficult to work with insurance as everything always needs prior authorization. High stress working with patients because doctors offices often didn’t send script and would lie to patient that it would be ready once they arrived to the pharmacy and now it’s your problem so you will be screamed at everyday
