Pros

- decent work environment depending on local managers -ability to float and work at multiple stores

Cons

-high turnover rate of other employees -job evaluations and raises somewhat dependent on how well you "sold" their red nose campaign -little incentive to keep CSA's long term -Weatherford location is poorly managed -hardly had any hours to offer, had to work multiple stores just to ge 30h

Good benefits, possibility to transfer if you move

Cons

No regard for seniority; must work holidays; hours are being continually cut, but the amount of work must be performed regardless
