Pros

None none none none horrible place to work for

Cons

Horrible company to work for! Targets at based on vague metrics like receipt surveys. Industry is trying to get out of measuring customer satisfaction through receipt surveys that try to bribe the customers with possible monthly winnings rather than focusing on sincere one on one interactions. Constant budget cuts with idiots chosen to be district managers. Lack of communication & serious favoritism.
