Pros

- a paid 15 minute break - Free flu shots

Cons

- shifts are long either 8 or 9 hours sometimes without a 30 minute break due to calls from coworkers to resolve issues - people who are disrespectful are offered an apology and discounts - truck days where merchandise has to be stocked is very annoying due to corporate not giving enough hours to schedule a lot of people to help - too many daily tasks that has to be completed for a shift lead - A lot of multi tasking which gets annoying due to you being everywhere resolving every small issue
