Pros

I like the fact that they match your profit sharing percentage, I enjoy working with patients, since I been there they have been working with my school schedule

Cons

Growth opportunities are limited to none, terrible insurance, raises are very few and far between, standing most 7 hours or more a day, hours are continuously cut, techs get treating like peons although we do most of the work, nothing that you do it ever good enough, no company events for store level employees, I can go on and on

Pros

Flexible hours Friendly coworkers mostly 24 hour stores Allows travel Good Benefits Great employee discounts Good pay Excellent Paid Time Off

Cons

Family Relationship Discrimination by district office pharmacy supervisors. And profiling by district pharmacy supervisors because of a relative with a criminal background. Loss prevention lies also and is part of the profiling. Does not allow you to have an attorney present when you should have one. Have had several discrimination lawsuits from the EEOC and former employees. I am currently the plaintiff in one myself. I have proof because I recorded the last meeting I had at the district office. Record any meeting you have in the district office. You are allowed to do this thru federal and/or state law. Do the recording in secret because you will be told that it is against company policy. Company policy cannot circumvent the law. I recorded in secret. The Loss prevention officer told me it was illegal. It is not. He lied. I knew that what he was saying was a lie because I did my homework. I also have a law degree.
