it is a low maintenance job for CSAs. allows you to learn communication skills with both management and customers.

Cons

equipment constantly breaking makes it hard to complete jobs on a more consistent basis. changes in how certain departments complete orders or help customers are changed but are not properly notified to CSA employees until a moment involving the change occurs.
