Pros

You can learn a lot about retail,sales,merchandising and inventory. Some managers are willing to work with your schedule if your also a student

Cons

Store managers can try over working you if you let them. You have to deal with and do a lot for little pay. Overall, company doesn’t value their employees.

The store manager talks down to you. He is sexist and only hires women, and breaks every rule and prolly laws too.
