Pros

Depending on State the starting pay is a huge step forward above other places I had very few kind hearted shift leads everyone else was for the birds.

Cons

Hours vary but are also a mess. Understaffed beyond relief was gaslit "i keep a tight niche of reliable people", no you only have 250 hours a month to allocate so you can't hire many people. I was hired on as PT but given full time hours regardless of my availability, and some staff tend to be "mean Girls" or have a hierarchy and power trip attitude. Having 1 or 2 people in a store at a time is a security issue to me but to them its "fine". Nothing is organized everything is just haphazardly thrown everywhere the Bays make no sense, and the "departments"/aisles are just lost in translation.
