Pros

Holiday Pay, Can be really slow at times which means nothing much to do, employee discount day each month.

Cons

Can guarantee hours and can get as low as 15 hours a week, rude customers, you don't get most holidays off, expectation to do more than what you're paid to do (starting is $12/hr.
