Pros

More relaxed, higher employee to customer ratio which means customers are happy which equals employees are happy. Decent starter pay

Cons

Slow and boring at times. Mainly older folk who seem to be impatient and grumpy a lot. But nothing you can do about that

I enjoyed my regular customers who came in with smiling faces.

Cons

Extremely poor management choices. The pay wasn't worth the job, and terrible hours.
