Pros

Once in a week work from home option. Standard benefit package. Exposure to a global level operation. Some upper managers seems to care about employees.

Cons

No or very limited growth inside the department. Manager has no knowledge what the work is about or what the direct reports are doing. No guidance or instructions from Manager on how to complete work. Not to mention help from manager. Manager seems not interested in knowing the content of work.

Pros

The pay is great. Most of the customers are wonderful people. Sometimes you can make a huge impact on somebody's life by helping them figure out how to feel better.

Cons

High stress, always short on hours. Employees come and go. Inconsistencies in expectations and responsibilities depending on location.
