Pros

They worked with my school schedule and allowed me to “float” at locations near campus while at school then return to my “home” store on breaks.

Cons

Treatment of store employees by corporate and often even store management has been on a steep decline during my 10 years there. If you don’t prove yourself to be invaluable, you will be treated poorly. If you do, they will take advantage and demand you make a lot of sacrifices to work for them.
