Friendly co-workers & clean stores

Cons

Drama, wage freezes, benefits cut and health insurance premiums are almost becoming unaffordable. Very low employee moral at my location. It's almost like they are trying to push workers over 40 out the door and replace them with 17 and 18 year olds that live with mommy and daddy and don't have bills to pay. The only problem is, this same generation often does not hesitate to call in sick at the last minute or feel like they are entitled to things the rest of us have worked very hard to achieve.

It beats manual labor or being a prostitute I guess. But you make better money as a prostitute

Cons

I work in the pharmacy and the customers all treat you like garbage. If you're ok with being degraded all day then I guess this is a good choice for you.... currently seeking a career change.

The prescriptions for employees are excellent prices. And it used to a great place to work now they have you slaving all day and cutting back positions and giving more and more work!

Cons

This company is getting worse and worse as time goes by! When I first started it was a family company and we had great insurance and benefits. Now they have created a huge mess switching to PTO. They took days away from us, the insurance is crap! And all they care about is flu shots, raise, zostavax and just the numbers! They have deviated from being an excellent pharmacy and now patients have to wait in huge lines! They want good customer service but cut back on budget hours! No help!
