Pros

Good place for a non serious job. Benefits are good and expensive.

Cons

Management can be micro managing. Was told I might have to take my 15 minute break because my stomach was upset one day! That is an OSHA violation haha. And just ridiculous. The company did nothing to help me in regards to my mental health disability which is why I left the company.

Pros

Work tasks are generally straightforward and easy to learn.

Cons

Scheduling is inconsistent and does not always reflect stated availability Hours can be significantly reduced without clear communication or explanation Management communication regarding scheduling and staffing could be clearer and more consistent Some management comments and attitudes toward staffing and turnover can feel unprofessional and create uncertainty in the workplace Overall lack of stability in weekly hours makes it difficult to rely on income
