Pros

Good benefits. Healthcare is marginal but they offer 8 weeks paid parental leave.

Cons

Walgreens is trying to keep up against the decline in box retail. While the changes they’re making may be necessary for the company to survive, they are definitely not in the best interest of the team members. Company is more concerned with stock share price than the team members well being. Low payroll budget, high turnover (which is always viewed as leaderships fault) High stress.
