Pros

The benefits are nice, health insurance, profit sharing, discount. Usually flexible hours, great culture and family oriented.

Cons

Extremely difficult to move up. Upper management uses scare tactics to make employees work harder. (example: The district or area manager is hitting stores, etc)

Restructuring = Lost Jobs

Pros

I enjoyed my job tremendously! Enjoyed working with co-workers. Had planned on retiring (far, far, far down the road).

Cons

After numerous yrs of service position was eliminated due to restructuring, and wasn't offered a position within another area. REALITY: Business is Business = Company has lost it compassion for dedicated, hard working employees.

Pros

Convenient Downtown Location. The office is "nice". Plenty of access to research . Successful business with growth potential.

Cons

Contractors really only do very menial tasks and there is no chance of of conversion to full time. Managers seem interested in scoring points off each other , no real work gets done. No real effort to develop employees. Little chance to expand one skills.
