Not what it once was

Pros

Nice people to work with in mid level positions of company

Cons

Management does not list. A lot of decisions are not made with facts, more opinion and feel. They have started to not really care as much about talent, more worried about saving cost Most departments are under staffed and very slow to respond. HR and ER are very inconsistent with decisions

Pros

World-wide company, benefits, compensation for upper level management only

Cons

Poor work conditions, Consistently cutting staff causing serious threats to patient safety, Poor company morale due to changing environment and expectations at store level, out of touch corporate office and management, unrealistic company values (cultural beliefs? really....)

Company has lost its soul

Pros

Good work-life balance; nice variety of projects to work on.

Cons

Layers upon layers of paper-pushing managers; no direction at the company (except for the international merger); endless rounds of restructuring that never improve the environment; very low employee morale. Benefits get worse every year.
