Pros

Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists (your team)

Cons

Walgreens monopolizes on you doing the job of 3 people. They will underpay you for the amount of workload you undertake and cut your hours whenever and wherever they see fit. They prioritize quotas, not patient care. Technicians and Pharmacists alike are overwhelmed, underpaid, and under appreciated. They will constantly reprimand their pharmacy locations instead of fixing the systemic issues that cause their deficits.
