Pros

Really there are no pros working at Walgreens

Cons

No communication, no organization, no training, no motivation, no room for growth, no security. There 5 or more shift leaders at each store - shift leaders who has not been promote to Assistant Manager or Store Manager level - they all do not want to be promote to the next level of management. Per each shift leader they will leave Walgreens before being promote at Walgreens. Overall Walgreens was the worst mistake I ever made.

Pros

Large company experience may help when searching for a better job.

Cons

The UX manager for the Deerfield group is the worst I've ever encountered. Doesn't know the basic principles of UX Design or how to manage people or projects. Projects go nowhere. Poor team environment. Pay is very low and office location is far from everything, compared to other UX jobs. Anyone with UX experience will get much higher pay, better benefits and have a better experience at another company.
