      High pressure, heavy workload, constant multiple tasks, antiquated software , tools, phone systems

      Pros

      nothing for techs but if you're pharmacy manager they take care of you little better.

      Cons

      harsh working condition. techs are sandwiched between managers, patients, and health providers without any consideration. only pharmacists get something techs are at the bottom. most techs leave after 3 months

      Pros

      Nation wide so transferring is not impossible.

      Cons

      Frozen or even cut wages. Benefits are bare bone at best. No room to grow. No appreciation (at all) from corporate. Not trying to sound like a whiner, but literally there is no recognition for long time employees beyond a pin.
