1. Benefits are horrible.
2. Matching 401k is low, and doesn't kick in until you've put in a year of service.
3. Culture is definitely geared towards brick-and-mortar stores and not the online space.
4. Walgreens IT is running the show, but they don't have a clue.
5. Unilateral decisions are made across the board without input from people who actually understand issues or have insight to potential issues that could happen.
6. Too many self-declared 'experts' who think they have all the answers, but in reality...
7. Move to PTO time off has short-changed employees.
