Pros

If you want a company with their head in the sand this one is for you

Cons

They are struggling financially and the board voted for no bonus even if your store met all the metrics. They voted for a company wide 2% raise no matter how you did on your evaluation. Imagine making 15-20 dollars an hour and get a 2% raise after the demands of a short staffed high stressed environment.
