Pros

Decent benefits and pay for just a high school diploma.

Cons

Being a salaried manager for Walmart is the most life sucking experience. It can be absolutely miserable especially during the holidays and no time with your family. There are no protections for salaried managers that stop store managers from using and taking advantage of us. If you are a parent, you will miss a lot of time with your kids.
