Pros

Honestly the only reason I can think of is the 10% discount you get after three months.

Cons

No matter how hard you work you are seldom acknowledged for your efforts. As an Asset Protection Associate it is very hard to do your job when the rest of management contradicts everything you say. Well at my store at least.

Pros

The company promotes quickly to allows those with ambition to rise quite quickly. Job is fast paced and experience is gained quickly.

Cons

Poor hiring practices leads to a work force that is difficult to manage. Lots of inexperienced management in place. Training is not sufficient

Pros

Great business and HR experience for people with no access to college and no career experience. They will learn how to hire, fire, promote, coach and evaluate in the right positions. Fun work environment if you have a soft spot for inanity all day and night.

Cons

Over - functionalized execution for the common associate; a step back for college grads with real experience.
