Pros

Career growth and plenty of opportunity to learn new things, which will help get promoted.

Cons

Sometimes things are about politics and more of who you know and not what you know.

Pros

Nothing comes to mind other than I get a decent schedule that works around my personal life.

Cons

Home office policy seems to make things very hard to be successful, at least in my particular job. Good people that have been with the company for several years get passed up for positions that would be a natural step up for them over people that get hired from the outside or someone with no experience from another department for no reason other than their skin color or sex. Store managers don't seem to want to discipline the people under them for not doing what is asked. The pay is terrible and the discount is a joke.

Pros

Used to be a good company a long time ago. Lots of good friends made throughout the years. Worked almost 20 years for this company

Cons

Don't ever go to the ethics department. I did this after I was forced to take a job otherwise they were going to in effect terminate me. The ethics department sent me an e-mail saying that they deal with ethical situations but they were kind enough to forward my e-mail to my superiors without my permission. Ever since that happened everything I did was magnetized until they eventually got what they wanted and were able to terminate me.
