Pros

Paid for my Bachelor's Degree without requiring a contractual commitment of service or reimbursment, allowing me to leave the company after selling my soul for 9 years.

Cons

They restructure their leadership chain every 1-2 years. I was expected to do the same job for less money and less bonus than my counterparts. When they decided to transition to Coaches, AP Managers were still assistant managers and a pay grade lower, but we were expected to do the same job and duties of a Coach.
