Pros

Working 3rd shift worked with my school schedule and I was able to pay all my bills. It really close to home as well. Although the discount was small it was appreciated

Cons

There isn't enough equipment for all the employees and the managers really don't know how to speak to the employees and each manager has their own set of rules they enforce, there's no consistency. Walmart has a high turnover rate, people are quitting and getting fired all the time.

Pros

Store was recently remodeled and is usually kept clean, hours were easy to get, flexible scheduling, team work and safety are important

Cons

Benefits are scarce unless you are full-time and even then the benefits aren't anything to write home about. Management was rude at times. In store promotions are hard to come by and it's tough to get noticed when there are so many employees. Hard work wasn't usually recognized.
