Pros

The pros about this company, is that attendance is a slap on the wrist. It is easy to change your availability and take days off. A lot of work can be learned through the online CBL portal. And there are many people to approach if you have a issue. Everyone is a boss. haha

Cons

Management can be very unprofessional and lazy. They hire anyone to work for this company, all you need is a heartbeat. No one works as a team, a lot of confusion among staff. And lazy staff. I felt like I was back in high school working at this company.

Pros

The people you work with can be wonderful and help you through the stress of retail and be good friends. Working for a service counter is the best way to work at Walmart!

Cons

It's retail. Walmart caters to all people and that means customers can be the best or the worst.
