Pros

Great pay especially for this area, nice people for the most part, decent schedules.

Cons

HIGH TURNOVER RATE. Walmart dc does not care about their associates. Their policies are ridiculous. For example, if you get hurt, it’s on you. They have unrealistic expectations. The work environment is harsh and unsafe.
