Pros

Company will every now and then sponsor fun events to boost morale. High-focus on the customer. At-cost snacks sold in cafeteria.

Cons

Acceptance of bullying and rampant discriminatory actions by management with HR unwilling to acknowledge issue or provide help to target/victims (I saw this happen disproportionately to many colleagues who were from historically disadvantaged backgrounds such as women, Asians, non-US citizens). Culture of "white is right". Lack of training opportunities and career path for growth.
