I work with some absolute morons. Idk if it’s because of the location, I’ve heard it is harder for WM to attract the best talent to Bentonville so maybe that’s why.
Don’t be fooled in recruiting. Unless a recruiter specifically tells you something and it’s written down, don’t trust anyone. I had two alumni from my college who straight up lied to me in the recruiting process.
Not sure where else to go if I leave Walmart in NWA. People will say there are companies, but you can’t be that picky about it.
