Pros

Good for training and learning. Lost of opportunities to move teams. Nice benefits. Relaxed workspace with regards to PTO and dress code. At least for the IT crowd.

Cons

Work life balance can be off on some teams. It's a machine. Layoffs are always a concern. Forced Bell curve reviews suck. It's a big company.
