Pros

People are relatively nice and can be almost too enthusiastic about their work, but it's better than the opposite They have relaxed more since remote/hybrid work started Health Benefits (Finally got paternal leave)

Cons

Leadership is bloated, they believe they are saving the world and expect the world from even the lowest paid person on their teams. No one will talk about salaries so you can't tell if you got the short end of the stick. Everyone wants to be a leader. The 'tokens' are easily identifiable. Most people are from the area and are pretty conservative. You can't innovate much when the talent is from this area, but they can't keep anyone from outside of here either. Everything including their creative spots in the city are manufactured by the waltons. Its a nice aesthetic, but it feels incredibly hollow.
