Pros

There are some good managers if you are lucky

Cons

Toxic "family" environment. Management just wants to pay you the least amount as possible. Impossible to make a good salary staying within the company & virtually no way to negotiate salary or raises once you work for the company. Unless you are an engineer, you are treated as a second rate employee. Facilities are so poor and you are given no perks for working for a fortune 1 company.
