Pros

Walmart has acquired a great number of talented people, and has a clear focus on where they want the business to go.

Cons

Walmart has acquired a great number of talented people, but is hindered by how fast they can go by the legacy overhead of being the largest company in the world. It can be really frustrating for people who like to get stuff done.

Pros

The Walmart culture is touching and Walmart is a great company to work for. There are so many avenues to explore and grow your career.

Cons

All jobs are in Brisbane or Arkansas so requires relocation. Walmart is so big that no one really knows what's going on...no inspection of the leadership actions to ensure consistent practices are being demonstrated.
