Pros

Your coworkers become sort of like family. You catch on quick, and it can be fast paced.

Cons

If you get sick a lot, have children or have sick relatives, this really wouldn’t be the job for you. After being sick or taking care of sick children, and taking so many days off you’ll be terminated. Even if you have the flu or if your family member is getting ready to pass. You’ll end up coming to work because you’re scared of losing your job. I personally didn’t experience it, but a coworker had two family members who passed in the same month. But because it wasn’t an immediate family member she wasn’t able to go to the funeral. due to the way the point system is set up.
